About Jordan
After years of building healthcare businesses, leading teams, and working alongside founders, I've become fascinated by one question:
Why do some leaders continue to grow while others plateau?
That question has shaped the evolution of my work.
The thinking behind the work.
My StoryI didn't set out to teach leadership.
Throughout my undergraduate education, I was fortunate to receive extensive training in leadership, personal development, and human behaviour at a time when those lessons had a lasting impact on how I think, communicate, and lead.
What I've come to realize is that most healthcare professionals never receive that kind of education.
We're taught how to become exceptional clinicians, but very few of us are taught how to lead people, navigate uncertainty, make difficult decisions, or build organizations that can grow beyond us.
As I built businesses, led teams, and worked alongside founders, I saw this gap repeatedly.
It wasn't a lack of expertise holding people back. It was the leadership skills needed to support the next stage of growth.
That realization became the foundation of the work I do today.
What I believeA few beliefs that guide my work.
Growth eventually demands a different version of the founder.
The skills that build a business are rarely the same skills required to scale it.
The most effective leaders take ownership of their decisions, their standards, and the culture they create.
Real leadership is learned through experience, not theory.
Success should not come at the expense of the life you've worked so hard to build.
Why traditional support falls shortMost founders don't need more information.
Many founders find themselves caught between two extremes.
On one side is tactical business advice focused entirely on strategy, systems, and growth metrics.
On the other is mindset work that lacks the structure and execution required to create meaningful change.
I've never believed those things should be separated.
The strongest leaders develop both.
That's why my work sits at the intersection of leadership, mindset, and strategy.
Experience shaped by leadership, business, and healthcare.

Growth eventually demands a different version of the founder.
Over the years, my definition of success has changed.
Today, I believe success is about building a business that supports your life, not one that consumes it.
I believe ambitious leaders can pursue meaningful growth while protecting their health, relationships, and personal wellbeing.
That belief influences how I work, how I lead, and how I define sustainable success.
What success means to me.
Life beyond businessThe next stage of growth requires a different level of leadership.
If you're ready to strengthen your leadership, elevate your thinking, and build a business that doesn't rely on you for everything, I'd love to support you.
